Our rates are typically slightly above the federal CACFP reimbursement rates for Massachusetts ADHCs to reflect therapeutic requirements and the higher prep/delivery time needed for smaller centers. But in most cases, your out-of-pocket cost remains modest, thanks to CACFP.
Pricing is generally only slightly above the reimbursement rate to account for:
Therapeutic meals and special textures that cost more to prepare
Smaller centers where low meal counts increase prep and delivery costs
Even with these factors, most of the cost is covered by CACFP.
